About

Press + Preserve Collection was birthed by a gal with a deep love for nature. It's not just about the breathtaking beauty of rolling hills in the distance or the soothing rhythm of ocean waves. It's also the enchanting dance between the sun and cloudsand the hours I spend gazing up at the night sky, captivated by the grandeur of our planet. It’s about the invigorating feeling of inhaling fresh air in a lush forest or even watching the gentle pace of a snail as it journeys along its path. I cherish how nature serves as a mirror, reflecting the quality of life I aspire to lead—slow and steady, natural and organic, filled with deep breaths and clear vision. And real authenticity.

Diving into creativity has always been a profound need and passion for me. With a background in art, it took years for me to determine which medium I wanted to focus on. As an artist, discovering inspiration and forming a genuine connection with my subjects is crucial. While I enjoy painting, drawing, and other artistic methods, the process often felt overwhelming, shifting from a source of joy to a necessity, transforming into a task rather than a rewarding experience. The launch of Press + Preserve marks the realization of a dream, merging my love for nature, slow living, and artistry. I chose the name "Co" at the end to represent a "Collection," with the goal of expanding my offerings and products, which I am thrilled to share.

When not immersed in this creative process, I find joy and contentment in meditation and refining my skills at Gongfu Cha. I've studied Mindful Outdoor Therapy and have led several retreats in helping people rediscover their true nature. Known as an avid solo traveler, I created bucket list items that I hope to attain: 1) Travel to all 50 U.S States (currently been to 48!) and explore all 63 U.S. National Parks (at 24). Above all, I especially love spending time with my incredible & supportive partner. Together, we love being outdoors, cooking (he's a professional Chef!), traveling, tending our garden and living on an a sweet lil' island off the coast of Washington.
